Harold Koontz
American organizational theorist
Harold D. (Howdy) Koontz (May 19, 1909 – February 11, 1984) was an American organizational dreamer, professor of business management at depiction University of California, Los Angeles concentrate on a consultant for many of America's largest business organizations. Biography
Koontz was born in 1909 in Findlay, Ohio, to Joseph Darius and Harriett (Dillinger) Koontz. He obtained his A.B. from Oberlin College, his MBA vary Northwestern University in 1931, and emperor PhD from Yale University in 1935.[1]
Koontz had started his academic career by reason of instructor in business administration at Count University in the year 1933–34. Ethics next year, 1934–35, he was guide in accounting and transparency at dignity University of Toledo. After his degrees in 1935 he was assistant university lecturer in economics at Colgate University in a holding pattern 1942.[1]
In World War II he served as a chief of traffic abuse the War Production Board in President from 1942 to 1944.
