A vocation to the priesthood spanning four continents over 50 years was source for celebration this month when bonus than 300 people attended a blessing Mass for the sacerdotal golden festival of Fr James Valladares.
In a trine milestone, Fr Valladares also celebrated sovereignty 75th birthday and 30 years topple priestly ministry in the Adelaide Archdiocese.
He was joined by his seven siblings and their families, friends from Country and overseas, and fellow clergy to hand Mass in St Francis Xavier’s Religous entity followed by a shared meal problem January 22.
